Online Fitness
Online training is very much a great way to improve your fitness and wellbeing, without leaving the house! No equipment necessary and you only need space to lay down a mat for a full workout.
I love how my existing clients embraced online as soon as we went into lockdown. They receive the same level of care and attention but in the safety and privacy of their home.
Born out of lockdown also are my three, weekly Zoom classes, all very different from one another! Please see below for more details:
Online Sessions Timetable
Weekday
Strong! 5 mins of warm up, 30 minutes of weights and cardio, 10 mins of stretches. We have a Whatsapp group and I announce when the class will be for the week. Most people watch the recording I send but if you work from home, maybe you can make the live class 🙂

- Strong! Zoom class – £4.95 payg/£16 for 4
- Yin & Tonic Zoom class – £5.25 payg/£22 for 4
- The 8-class Zoom bundle – £30 (Yin and Tonic + Strong!)
